This role is designed for a high-caliber operator with top-tier analytical training who is looking to drive impact and owning outcomes. The individual will translate strategy into execution, enforce alignment and focus across the organization, and ensure the company operates with speed, rigor, and accountability.

This role is accountable for driving outcomes across initiatives, not just defining them. Success is measured by decisions made, actions taken, and results delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Define success metrics, owners, and timelines for critical initiatives
  • Ensure strategic initiatives move from concept to measurable results
  • Own the structure and quality of the senior leadership team operating rhythm
  • Build and enforce KPI frameworks focused on leading indicators
  • Ensure reporting is clear, consistent, and tied directly to company priorities
  • Lead high-priority, ambiguous problems that cut across functions
  • Apply structured, data-driven problem solving to drive decisions
  • Identify misalignment early and resolve it quickly
  • Prepare high-quality analyses, materials, and recommendations for executive and board-level decisions
  • Act as a proxy for the CEO in key discussions when appropriate
  • Track and enforce commitments across the leadership team
  • Push for clarity where there is ambiguity and action where there is drift
  • Ensure critical initiatives do not stall due to lack of ownership

Qualification
  • Minimum 5 years post-undergrad experience
  • Must have experience at a top-tier consulting firm working on corporate strategic priorities, project management & analysis (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), or similar Chief of Staff / Dir Strategy job experience working with an executive team owning projects from ideation through implementation
  • MBA from a leading program
  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate with executive-level clarity
  • Strong analytical and modeling capabilities
  • Operator mindset with a track record of owning outcomes
  • High urgency and bias for action
  • Low ego with the ability to challenge senior leaders constructively
  • Relentless follow-through and accountability
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Open to remote, but Dallas/Fort Worth preferred (CEO Headquartered there)
  • High expected travel up to 75% working between Iantrek offices (TX, Rhode Island, New York) and external field or industry meetings
