The Team

The Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund (Fidelity Charitable) is a public charity that sponsors the largest national donor-advised fund program. Since 1991, Fidelity Charitable has introduced tens of thousands of donors to the benefits  and increased charitable impact  of using a donor-advised fund to meet their philanthropic goals. Fidelity Charitable is governed by anindependent Board of Trustees, which has hired Fidelity Investments as the service provider to the charity. Fidelity Investments, throughFidelity PhilanthropicServices, providesall ofthe charitable organizations employees and supports all of its functions: Program Development, Marketing, Service Delivery, Change Management, Relationship Management, Finance, Technology, Risk and Compliance, and Fundraising.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$222,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
