Position Overview:

We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded Director of Strategic Growth Marketing to lead some of Vivint's most important growth opportunities. This leader will take complex, often ambiguous business initiatives and turn them into clear customer and marketing strategies, then remain accountable from strategy through launch, performance, and optimization. The role will lead strategic partnerships, new channels, acquisition and growth initiatives, and Marketing's Sales Enablement capability. The right person is a marketer first: customer-led, strong across integrated marketing and go-to-market strategy, comfortable with Sales, and focused on measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Growth: Lead high-priority Vivint growth initiatives outside of core product launches, including partnerships, new channels and markets, acquisition opportunities, and strategic commercial programs.
  • End-to-End Marketing: Own assigned initiatives from customer insight and strategy through proposition, integrated marketing, go-to-market, launch, performance, and optimization.
  • Partnerships & Channels: Develop the customer and marketing strategy for new partnerships and distribution opportunities, including how Vivint shows up across partner and customer touchpoints.
  • Customer & Commercial Strategy: Define audiences, propositions, offers, customer journeys, channel roles, and success metrics based on customer insight and business objectives.
  • Sales Enablement: Lead Marketing's Sales Enablement capability and partner with Product Marketing, Integrated Value Proposition Marketing, and Sales to translate strategies into pitches, playbooks, training, objection handling, competitive tools, and field readiness.
  • Performance & Optimization: Measure results, identify what is and is not working, and use data, experimentation, and field feedback to improve performance after launch.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Align teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, Business Development, Operations, and external partners around a clear strategy and drive decisions in complex, fast-moving environments.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of marketing experience across integrated marketing, growth marketing, go-to-market, partnerships, customer acquisition, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience bringing complex products, services, partnerships, channels, or business initiatives from strategy through launch and optimization.
  • Broad marketing fluency across customer insight, proposition development, integrated campaigns, digital, CRM, ecommerce, media, creative, sales enablement, and measurement.
  • Strong commercial instincts and experience using customer, conversion, and performance data to drive decisions.
  • Meaningful experience partnering with Sales and translating marketing strategy into seller-ready stories, tools, and training.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and ability to create clarity and influence in ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.

Position Type:
  • This is a full-time, salaried position.
