Form strong trusted relationships and regularly meet with people and groups of interest to understand digital transformation needs and opportunities.
  • Lead and facilitate engagements with people and groups of interest at various levels, including executive leadership, utilizing co-design, co-creation, and implementation science methodologies to ensure solutions are built with users, not just for them.

  • Proactively manage risks and systematically resolve or escalate issues related to digital deployment and project delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement in methods, systems, and processes within a complex and rapidly changing environment, to improve customer satisfaction and user experience (UX).
  • Develop change management plans that promote adoption and reinforcement of assigned digital and AI projects.
  • Coach sponsors, people of interest, and project teams to increase personal change management, design thinking, and implementation capabilities.
  • Balance systems thinking, planning, and implementation activities while building productive partnerships.
  • Lead with values of compassion, excellence, and courage, building a system of care that delivers an exceptional patient experience.
  • Champion equity and inclusive design as a core element of team development.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Superior presentation skills and comfortable engaging or presenting to audiences at various levels including executive, clinical, enabling, leadership and public.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate complex information into clear, concise messages and compelling visuals.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills, with the ability to self-manage while supporting multiple, often competing priorities.
