Full Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Strategic Alliance Director to join our team. This role is ideal for a go-getter who excels at seeking out and closing new partnerships in the insurance and risk management verticals. The Strategic Alliance Director will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies with various types of partners, including large Business Travel Insurers, Assignee Insurers, Special Risk Insurers, Insurance Brokers, Consultancies with large risk practices, and Risk & Insurance Management Information System (RMIS), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) platform companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, initiate, and close new partnership opportunities with "sell-to," "sell-through," and "sell-with" partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and assess fit with Crisis24's solutions.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage contract renewals.
  • Facilitate partner onboarding and enablement to ensure they are equipped to promote and sell Crisis24's capabilities.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for partners in the Americas region, collaborating closely with marketing teams.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, including lead generation, pipeline creation, bookings and revenue metrics.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize business growth and drive revenue.
  • Leverage API and data integrations to enhance partner solutions and customer joint value propositions.
  • Travel within the Americas region as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events. The role may require up to 25% travel, including visits to partner locations, conferences, and other relevant events.

Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in strategic partner sales or alliances, with a proven track record of new business development, managing and growing partner relationships, and attaining annual bookings targets. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial and hunter mindset.
  • Experience in domain areas of insurance risk management, enterprise risk management, travel risk management, accident and health policies, medical and security travel assistance services, governance risk & compliance (GRC), environmental social and governance (ESG) and enterprise resilience.
  • Vertical market experience in Enterprise and Higher Education markets.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to roll up sleeves and drive growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the Americas region.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Business Travel Insurers, Assignee Insurers, Special Risk Insurers, Insurance Brokers, Consultancies, Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and SaaS risk platforms and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with the Americas region, including US, Canada, and Latin America.
  • Business fluency in Spanish is a plus.
