As a Director - Strategic Accounts, you will increase sales and profits by managing the Company's Strategic Account organization.
In this role you will:- Develop customer strategy for assigned strategic accounts
- Coordinate activities with Sales Director for assigned strategic accounts
- Coordinate activity with key suppliers
- Direct the development of proposals and presentations
- Develop key relationships
- Identify opportunities at key accounts, and coordinate the Company's development of offering to meet the need
- Manage Strategic Accounts staff
What you bring to the table:- 5 years progressively responsible sales and marketing/supervisory experience required; 6+ years experience preferred
- 4 year degree preferred
- Knowledge of financial analysis methods and techniques
- Experience with continuous improvement techniques and practices
- Experience with SAP and Excel
- Oral, written, and presentation skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise staff and achieve results through others
- Ability to think strategically and negotiate effectively
- Ability to budget effectively
- Extensive travel required
Compensation Details: The expected base salary for this position is starting at $150,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.
