Full Job Description
Wealth Performance & Analytics
The role performs analysis for key business decisions and strategic initiatives. Prepares the analytics for sales, investment performance, and products across the Wealth and Distribution areas. This job develops, implements, and supports business analytics initiatives and projects that extract key insights from relevant data sets to provide market insights and recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Leverage external market data, trends, business model, and other data sources to develops actionable insights and recommendations for management
  • Lead team to perform analytics in support of key business and strategic decisions
  • Liaise with Business Leaders and present to senior management on results and analytical insights
  • Creates and distributes analytical reports based on findings through analysis and modeling efforts
  • Uses data, statistical, and quantitative analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision-making
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Base Pay Range: $138,000/yr - $192,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
