Job DescriptionWe are seeking a
Director, Solutions - Commercial Enablement to support new business development by translating customer requirements into executable, cost-aligned, and competitive logistics solutions. This is a cross-functional, customer-facing role partnering with Sales, Solutions Design, Pricing, and Operations to ensure solutions are commercially sound and operationally executable.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Lead customer discovery and translate needs into solution requirements
- Support opportunity qualification (win probability, fit, reason for change)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions
- Validate and challenge cost inputs for accuracy and competitiveness
- Partner with Pricing (does not build pricing models)
- Lead 5-10 concurrent bids ensuring timelines and quality
- Support customer presentations and deal negotiations
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 10+ years in 3PL, operations, engineering, or solutions design
- Experience leading complex bids and customer engagements
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain
- Commercial acumen in cost modeling and solution development
- Program/project management expertise (PMP or equivalent)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
