Gross Annual Base Salary: USD 200,000 - 220,000

Summary

The Director, Solution Consulting - Alliances directs and scales the global partner presales solution consulting organization, enabling strategic alliance partners to independently position, demonstrate, and deliver the company's platform portfolio with excellence.

This role serves as the executive technical and solution leader for the partner ecosystem, driving pipeline generation, partner capacity growth, and large-scale GTM motions including GSI co-sell, co-development, accelerator programs, and partner badged enablement.

Owns the strategic design and operational execution of partner presales readiness while coordinating across Product, Sales, Enablement, and Services to ensure sustained ecosystem performance.

The ideal candidate location is based in central or east time zones.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Define and execute global partner solution consulting strategy aligned to strategy and alliance growth priorities.
  • Build scalable partner enablement frameworks covering demos, architectures, industry solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Establish technical readiness benchmarks and partner badging programs.
  • Drive partner autonomy while maintaining high solution quality.
  • Directly impact partner-generated pipeline contribution and deal velocity.
  • Align presales investment to strategic alliance opportunities and growth motions.
  • Support large-scale GTM initiatives including GSI co-sell, co-development, and accelerators.
  • Oversee creation and evolution of demo platforms and solution narratives.
  • Maintain executive-level expertise across platform capabilities and competitive landscape.
  • Partner with Product to influence roadmap based on ecosystem needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global partner presales. organization, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and operational rigor.
  • Drive alignment across Product, Sales, Enablement, and Services.
  • Lead strategic initiatives that improve ecosystem scalability and presales effectiveness.

Required Education and Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or enterprise software consulting.
  • Deep experience with CPM/EPM platforms or adjacent enterprise performance technologies.
  • Strong background in finance, accounting, FP&A, or enterprise transformation.

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Leadership experience managing a global team.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Managing global technical or presales teams.
  • Experience supporting global partner programs across multiple regions and partner types.
  • Experience enabling or upskilling partner teams on AI capabilities, tools, or use cases to accelerate joint go-to-market motions.

Travel
