The Director, Services and Culture serves as the operational leader responsible for building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational culture, developing leaders, and ensuring consistent excellence in operations. This individual partners closely with leadership to translate vision into daily practice while fostering accountability, collaboration, and exceptional client care.
Leadership, Culture & Team Development
- Champion the organization's mission, vision, and values by fostering a positive, engaged, and high-performing culture.
- Coach, mentor, and develop leaders while strengthening accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Build strong, cohesive teams by promoting trust, psychological safety, effective communication, and cross-functional partnerships.
- Serve as a visible, approachable leader and trusted resource, guiding employee relations, conflict resolution, and leadership development.
Operations & Organizational Effectiveness
- Partner with the Chief Clinical Officer to enhance operations, improve service delivery, and ensure consistency in practices.
- Lead organizational initiatives and cross-functional projects that support strategic priorities, operational excellence, and quality improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance client care and team effectiveness.
- Facilitate change management by removing operational barriers, improving workflows, and supporting leaders through organizational growth and change.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Successful completion of BCI/FBI background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Current Ohio CDCA certification, actively working toward certification, or willingness to obtain CDCA certification within an established timeframe after hire.
- Minimum two years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or healthcare.
- Demonstrated success leading teams, developing leaders, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
