Full Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking a Director, ServiceNow Security Operations Architect to join our Advisory Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical expert to drive the sales cycle for ServiceNow Security Operations solutions, with sales revenue as the primary success metric
  • Collaborate closely with KPMG and ServiceNow sales teams to develop and present compelling technical solutions, product demonstrations, and architectural designs focused on ServiceNow's security portfolio (e.g., Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Integrated Risk Management)
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their security and operational challenges, architect tailored solutions using ServiceNow Security Operations capabilities, and demonstrate clear business value and technical outcomes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for engagement teams post-sale, providing advisory on ServiceNow Security Operations capabilities, best-practice architecture, design decisions, and resolving complex delivery issues
  • Design and propose enterprise-scale ServiceNow security operations architectures, including security operations transformation, incident response orchestration, vulnerability management, and risk integration solutions
  • Innovate and evangelize next-generation security operations solutions by leveraging ServiceNow's platform capabilities, including automation, workflows, and integrations; critically assess client security technology and processes, providing expert justification for migrating to and optimizing with ServiceNow-based solutions
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment


Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in security architecture, with a strong preference for a consulting background; at least four years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow Security Operations solutions is required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), or other relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred; Certifications like CISSP are a plus
  • Deep technical expertise in ServiceNow Security and integration with ITSM/CMDB; proven ability to manage technology friction during integration
  • Hands-on experience with automation, orchestration, and integrations within ServiceNow, as well as familiarity with broader security tools (SIEM, SOAR); exceptional client-facing and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to lead technical sales discussions, build client relationships, and align solutions with business needs
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams such as system administrators, architects, and cybersecurity engineers to customize solutions
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed for client support
