The Role

This position is responsible for supporting the optimization of the company's revenue performance through performance analysis, forecasting support, incentive evaluation, promotion effectiveness measurement, and growth initiative assessment. The role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Ambassador Experience, Customer Experience, Product, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Commissions teams to identify opportunities that improve recruiting, activation, retention, reactivation, rank advancement, customer growth, and overall revenue productivity. This leader serves as a key contributor in evaluating the effectiveness of growth initiatives, promotions, incentives, and business performance drivers, helping ensure organizational resources are aligned with strategic objectives and desired business outcomes.

Performance Accountabilities
  • Analyzes key business performance drivers and identifies opportunities to improve recruiting, activation, retention, reactivation, rank advancement, customer growth, and revenue productivity.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of promotions, incentives, contests, and growth initiatives and provides recommendations to improve performance outcomes.
  • Identifies leading indicators and behavioral trends that influence business results.
  • Develops performance scorecards, business reviews, and actionable recommendations that support leadership decision-making.
  • Supports revenue forecasting and planning processes.
  • Maintains forecasting models and monitors forecast performance.
  • Assists with scenario analysis, performance projections, and KPI tracking.
  • Monitors performance against plans and identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Ambassador Experience, Customer Experience, Product, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Commissions teams.
  • Supports alignment between growth initiatives and organizational objectives.
  • Translates business performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Serves as a bridge between business performance analytics and operational execution.

Performance Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or applicable area or equivalent related experience.
  • 3 years as a manager and 8 years of progressive experience in business analysis, performance management, sales operations, revenue optimization, finance, analytics, direct selling, or related disciplines.
  • Direct selling industry experience.
  • Experience evaluating incentive programs, promotions, contests, or growth initiatives.
  • Forecasting or planning experience.
  • Experience supporting executive-level business reviews.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
