About the Role

As the Director, Retail and Strategic Channels, you will lead Sound United's growth across major national retail and service-provider partners. Based in Minneapolis, you will be driving revenue, expanding distribution, and strengthening retail partnerships across key national accounts.

You will develop joint business plans, drive retail execution strategies, and partner closely with field teams to grow Sound United's premium audio brands, including Bowers & Wilkins, Denon, Marantz, Polk Audio, Classé, and Definitive Technology.

You will also lead inside and outside sales teams focused on national accounts, field execution, and retail partner support.

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong blend of strategic leadership, retail expertise, and operational discipline. You should be comfortable managing complex national accounts while driving execution across multiple channels and teams.

What You Need to Be Successful

Pay Transparency

$ 161,250 - $ 236,500

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.

Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
