DIRECTOR, PROJECT MANAGEMENT | Work From Home/Remote

Reports to: System Director, Finance Strategic Initiatives

Number of Direct Reports: 0

The Director, Project Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that bridge the gap between high-level company strategy and daily execution by establishing standardized frameworks, managing enterprise portfolios and upskilling project managers. This individual drives complex projects from concept to completion, often addressing emerging priorities, operational challenges, or executive-level initiatives.

Essential Job Functions
  • Lead the development, planning, and execution of strategic projects aligned with organizational goals
  • Partner with executive leadership to prioritize road maps and ensuring all initiatives deliver measurable value
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Help create / maintain governance structure and establish enterprise portfolios
  • Oversee multiple complex finance & supply chain projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
  • Define project scope, goals, risks, and success metrics
  • Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies for project execution
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation
  • Define methodologies, templates and controls project teams use to ensure successful delivery across the business


LICENSING/CERTIFICATION

PMP preferred, but not required

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Master's Degree (Preferred)

WORK EXPERIENCE

3 - 5 years of progressive experience in a business setting (i.e. Finance, Supply Chain, HR, On-site Operations, I&T)
1 year of leadership experience (preferred)
