Responsibilities

  • Establish vision and manage workflow across multiple brands
  • Integrate consistent project management methodologies agency-wide
  • Ensure compliance with agency workflows and adapt processes as necessary
  • Collaborate with account leadership on project scope creation
  • Generate estimates for all projects in coordination with department heads
  • Oversee agency performance against scopes and estimates using existing tools
  • Report and provide insights to executive management about agency work
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in significant matters
  • Coordinate with various disciplines to align workflow processes with company goals

Responsibilities
  • Establish vision and drive workflow across entire portfolio of of multiple brands across agency work
  • Agency-wide integration of consistent project management methodologies and terminology
  • Ensure adherence to agency workflow process and evolving processes as needed
  • Partner with account leadership on scope creation
  • Create estimates for all scopes, working with department leaders
  • Manage agency performance and brand fiscal responsibility against scopes and estimates utilizing existing tools/systems
  • Provide executive management with reporting and insight into the work going on in the agency
  • Uses discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
  • Work across the agency with various disciplines and management to ensure workflow processes are in line with the overall company objectives and vision

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, advertising, marketing, or a similar field is required.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in a full-service advertising agency setting.
  • A good to expert understanding of print, broadcast, and digital (multi-media) production.
  • Self-motivated, quick, and assertive.
  • Extremely detailed oriented and organized.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Cool, calm, collected, and collaborative.
  • Project Management experience in a technology or marketing-related field is preferred.
  • PMI Certification a plus
