Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in program management, NPI, supply chain, supplier quality, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong skills in scheduling, risk management, communication, and organization.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FAI, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, or Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Preferred experience in gas turbine, aerospace, power generation, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio of active NPI, second-source, and supplier qualification projects.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules, milestones, and critical paths.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and lead regular program reviews.
• Ensure completion of required stage-gate deliverables before project advancement.
• Track supplier readiness, tooling, samples, FAI, PPAP, testing, and production approval.
• Identify program risks, mitigate plans, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Maintain the master NPI and qualification tracker and executive dashboard.
