This role leads product strategy and management for Retrospective and Prospective Services within RQ, supporting $3B in revenue, with a solid emphasis on go-to-market execution, monetization, stage-gate acceleration, and executive/customer engagement. The leader will translate market needs and business priorities into a clear product strategy, drive cross-functional alignment from concept to launch, and ensure solutions are positioned, packaged, and scaled to deliver measurable customer and business value.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities: - Own product strategy and roadmap alignment for prospective and retrospective services
- Drive AI-enabled innovation, commercialization, and portfolio growth
- Improve monetization, stage-gate governance, and investment prioritization
- Partner closely with operations, technology, sales, and executive leadership
- Translate market opportunities and customer needs into scalable products and measurable business outcomes

Required Qualifications: - 8+ years of product management and product strategy leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale healthcare, payer, revenue cycle, risk adjustment, or analytics products
- 5+ years of solid commercial mindset with demonstrated success driving revenue growth and margin improvement
- 5+ years of experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional organizations
- Proven ability to lead AI-enabled product transformations
Preferred Qualifications: - Proven ability to lead AI-enabled product transformations
- Experience managing product portfolios with significant financial accountability

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $134,600 to $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
