Recorded Future is looking for a Director of Product Marketing to own how we position and take our AI-driven threat intelligence product to market, and to build and lead the team that makes it happen. You9ll be the person who makes the value obvious to customers, partners, and our own teams, turning deep product understanding into messaging, campaigns, and enablement that move the business. You9ll also grow and coach a group of product marketers, setting the bar for the work and helping them do the best work of their careers. If you like living at the intersection of product, sales, and the customer, and you want to lead a team while you9re at it, this is that seat.
What You9ll DoLead the team
- Build, coach, and grow a team of product and technical marketers, setting clear priorities and raising the quality of everything the group ships.
- Set the strategy for how product marketing shows up across the business, and make the calls on where the team spends its time.
Product positioning and messaging
- Build a clear, compelling value proposition for Recorded Future and translate it into messaging that lands with each audience you9re speaking to.
- Keep that messaging consistent and sharp everywhere it shows up, from customer conversations to partner decks to internal briefings.
Go-to-market strategy
- Own end-to-end GTM plans for product launches and major releases, including segmentation, targeting, and the campaigns that bring them to life.
- Work hand in hand with sales and partner teams to drive adoption and pipeline, and give them the tools they need to win.
Market and competitive analysis
- Run market and competitive research to spot trends, understand what customers actually need, and find where we can pull ahead.
- Stay close to where the industry and the technology are heading so the product keeps its edge.
Product content and collateral
- Lead the content that proves the product9s value, from blogs and case studies to video and customer stories.
Customer insight
- Spend real time with customers to understand their problems, gather feedback, and feed it back into both marketing strategy and the product roadmap.
Thought leadership
- Build Recorded Future9s voice on the product through speaking engagements, webinars, events, and strategic partnerships.
Sales enablement
- Give the sales org what it needs to sell, from a content plan to training on the problems the product solves, and make sure teams know exactly when and how to use it.
What You9ll Bring- 10+ years in product marketing, ideally in tech or cybersecurity, including time spent leading and developing a team.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-class products and a real grasp of emerging technology. Cybersecurity knowledge is a must.
- Strong relationship skills and a customer-first instinct, with the ability to turn what customers need into marketing that actually works.
- Solid understanding of how technical products work in the real world, including APIs, workflows, and integrations.
- A real feel for how AI and agentic capabilities are reshaping security workflows, and the instinct to market them without the hype.
- A track record of building and running GTM strategies for SaaS products.
- Standout communication and leadership skills, comfortable influencing cross-functional teams and presenting on stage at conferences and events.
- An analytical mind that leans on data to make decisions.
- A strategic thinker who can zoom out to the big picture and find the growth.
