Full Job Description
Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a motivated and collaborative Product Manager to join our team in enabling novel product development that is revolutionizing the life sciences commercial model through technology and AI.

Trinity's Product group is focused on creating transformative products that address our life sciences clients' most challenging problems in the commercialization of novel therapeutics. We work side-by-side with business leaders, engineers, and designers to build and optimize technology products for the biopharmaceutical and medical device space.

This Product Manager will partner closely with experienced product leaders in their work, receiving mentorship and guidance on the discipline of product management. This individual will also work closely with cross-functional stakeholders as they help shape and build scalable software solutions that will transform multiple areas of Trinity's business, gaining exposure to the practical applications of new technologies such as Generative AI (GenAI) to real-world use cases.

Position Responsibilities

This specific Product role will be centered on two specific product areas within Trinity's InsightsEDGE platform. Both areas involve nuanced analysis of pharmaceutical industry data, with the ultimate goal of bringing users agentic integrated insights across sources.

Core position responsibilities include working collaboratively and iteratively with business leaders, Engineering, Data Science, and UI/UX to design, validate, build, and launch new products/features that add value to users
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, development, and delivery of solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to translate business requirements into clear and actionable product roadmaps.
  • Conduct business process mapping and user experience design to ensure seamless integration of features and functionality.
  • Leverage agile software development methodologies to manage sprints, prioritize backlogs, and deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Analyze real-world healthcare data, including claims data, to develop insights and solutions tailored to life sciences organizations.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs, translating these into detailed product requirements and actionable plans.
  • Continuously monitor product performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, using professional presence and listening skills to build credibility and influence decision-making.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, including GenAI, and explore their application to enhance product offerings.

    • Effectively partners with engineering teams to scope key tasks and forecast development and release timing

  • Product Development
    • Able to effectively act as Product Lead for an agile engineering team
    • Ensures that development work is aligned to strategy; reliably and accurately can translate business needs to product requirements
    • Can independently create detailed product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and UI/UX team
    • Demonstrates a consistent ability to be the connective tissue to keep tech, product and senior business stakeholders aligned
  • Go-to-Market Enablement
    • Lead refinement of a streamlined set of core capability slides for client-facing offerings
    • Maintain compelling client-facing demo flows (live and/or video)
    • Support as needed on priority client proposals and pitches
  • Client Tech Enablement
    • Collaborate closely with Client Technology organization colleagues to develop and train on implementation playbooks for priority offerings
    • Help enable seamless handoffs from Product to Client Tech teams for client deployments and configurations, through a combination of ongoing and ad hoc live forums, and reference materials
    • Act in a supportive role on high stakes client implementations to help ensure that implementation is successful, and that clients have a compelling understanding of Trinity's product roadmap


Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Work Experience:
  • 12 to 18 years of experience in product management, consulting, or related business/technical roles with a strong focus on healthcare data analytics and product delivery.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience analyzing real-world data in the healthcare space (including claims data) for use by life sciences organizations, with deep familiarity with client business needs and the business rules required for analyses to meet those needs.
  • Previous experience with business process mapping, user experience design, and agile software development.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams and evolving priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder types and levels, often leading by influence.
  • Proven analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
  • Commitment to continual learning, particularly in the rapidly evolving field of GenAI.
  • Experience working with cross-geography teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Trinity's salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills, level of experience and training, specific qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and other business/organizational needs. The base salary range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000 per year. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
