Our Shopping & Offers program is a fast-growing platform that operates with the agility of a startup while leveraging the scale of an industry leader, delivering Shopping and Offers experiences directly to our Consumers and Conversion for our Merchant partners alike

You will be a pivotal strategic leader responsible for defining the next chapter of Affirm's DTC shopping and offers experience. What you'll do

  • Portfolio Oversight: Manage and scale a portfolio of consumer-facing surfaces, including Home, Search, and Profile/Settings, ensuring a simple and consistent experience across platforms
  • Lead and grow a high-performing PM team. Build, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, including people managers. You'll set the bar for craft, create development paths, and cultivate a culture of ownership, rigor, and candor.
  • Executive Communication: Proactively align senior leadership on strategy, execution risks, and mitigation plans, ensuring organizational clarity during complex initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional alignment at scale: Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Revenue leaders to optimize the marketplace ecosystem, balancing merchant value with consumer experiences
  • Operational Excellence: Establish frameworks for rigorous experimentation and funnel analysis to drive measurable gains in completion rates and customer retention

What we look for
  • Experience: 10+ years of product management leadership, with a proven track record of shipping large-scale consumer products in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
  • Strategic Clarity: Demonstrated ability to bring "clarity when things feel messy," turning ambiguous problems into crisp narratives and structured execution plans.
  • AI/LLM Fluency: Familiarity with AI-native product development, including agentic patterns and LLM-powered discovery experiences, to lead our highest-leverage bets in search
  • Analytical Rigor: Exceptional ability to use data (including LTV/CAC and profitability assessments) to guide prioritization and quantify the impact of product features.
  • People Leadership: Experience operating through layers of leadership, delegating ownership effectively, and scaling decision-making across diverse product lines.
  • Consumer Empathy: A "consumer-first" mindset with a high bar for design polish and a commitment to delivering honest financial products
