Were seeking a visionary Director, Product Management - Inventory Findability to lead the strategy, innovation, and execution of a critical product portfolio that powers how inventory is found, positioned, priced, and surfaced across the enterprise. This leader will shape the future of our Global Enterprise Product Findability and Merchant Intent platform, driving measurable business outcomes at one of the worlds largest retailers.

What youll do...

Define the Future of Inventory Findability

Youll own the vision, strategy, and execution for a portfolio that includes:

  • Product Findability


  • Merchant Intent


  • Planogram Solutions


  • Pricing Platforms


  • Digital Shelf Language (DSL)


  • Wayfinding and Inventory Discovery Experiences


Youll connect customer needs, merchant priorities, operational realities, and technology capabilities into a cohesive product strategy that improves discoverability, inventory productivity, and customer satisfaction across Walmarts ecosystem.

Lead Customer-Centered Innovation

Youll champion a deep understanding of customers, merchants, operators, and associates by:

  • Driving customer research, journey mapping, and opportunity discovery


  • Defining high-impact problem statements and measurable success metrics


  • Ensuring teams focus on outcomes, not outputs


  • Translating customer insights into scalable product solutions


  • Building durable feedback loops that continuously improve the customer experience


Shape Product Strategy at Enterprise Scale

As the product leader for this portfolio, you will:

  • Develop and communicate a multi-year product vision

Youll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Analytics, and Business leaders to deliver solutions that create measurable results.

Accelerate Data & AI-Powered Decision Making

Youll lead teams in leveraging advanced analytics, experimentation, and AI to:

  • Define and monitor outcome-based product metrics


  • Establish instrumentation and measurement frameworks


  • Apply experimentation and A/B testing to validate decisions


  • Extract actionable insights from complex datasets


  • Integrate AI capabilities into both products and product development processes


Build High-Performing Teams

Youll lead multiple product teams and play a critical role in developing Walmarts next generation of product leaders by:

Required Experience

  • Significant experience leading Product Management organizations at scale


  • Proven success owning complex product portfolios and enterprise platforms

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sams Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
