  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 8+ years of experience in product management across product strategy, roadmap development, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
  • 5+ years of experience working with merchant payments, point-of-sale solutions, or financial technology products in a client-facing or partner-facing environment.
  • 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, and client relationship teams to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities.
  • Experience presenting product strategy, requirements, and performance insights to clients, cross-functional stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Clover platform, including software, hardware, and value-added services.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience supporting large financial institution partners or strategic enterprise clients.
  • Experience with third-party integrators and partner ecosystem management.
  • Experience developing business cases tied to revenue growth, market adoption, and customer value.
  • Experience in merchant acquiring, commerce enablement, or small business solutions.
