Full Job Description
As a key member of the product leadership team, the Director of Product will lead the execution of the product roadmaps delivering product feature innovation, and product for LendingPoint.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Provide product delivery expertise for a dynamic fintech company during the small to mid-size growth period.
  • Apply data expertise to understand customer needs and optimize levers to increase profitability for the company based on data and quantitative analyses.
  • Sequence and plan core functionality and feature development, leverage MVP approaches iterating/optimizing toward scaled rollout.
  • Understand the fundamentals of product economics, develop new ideas, and test concepts back tested on data simulations.
  • Develop and lead the product roadmap, working across the enterprise to comprehensively understand the company's strategies and effectively prioritize the feature release timetable that maximizes customer benefit.
  • Perform research, due diligence, evaluation, selection and subsequent management of external feature providing partners (vendor).
  • Collaborate and operate cross functionally with internal groups including marketing, finance, legal, customer experience, risk management, and technology, on an ongoing basis to deliver product feature functionality.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study; Advanced degree in data/analytics related field preferred, e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Business, Data Science, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience working with external service providers, software developers and engineers, with a strong ability to translate product requirements succinctly and ensure technology deliverables are built with high quality
  • Solid understanding UX/UI along with user-centered design and development, with a solid understanding of how different technologies work together to enable a successful product launch.
  • Firm understanding of Agile product development.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as SQL, Jira, AHA, and Tableau
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in an environment with evolving business demands.
