The Marketing Director, Product Innovation is a product management leader that owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for PlayStation's global marketing technology products, building platforms that empower thousands of marketers and reach hundreds of millions of players worldwide. You will lead forward-looking, AI-powered marketing capabilities, creating scalable solutions that enable marketers worldwide to deliver better business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, data science, analytics, and technology -- increasing efficiency, accelerating execution, and amplifying creativity. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who is a development partner with Engineering, Data Science and Marketing executives to build marketing products that operate at a global scale. Key Responsibilities: Product Management 3 Partner with Engineering leaders to define platform architecture, prioritize investments, balance technical debt against innovation, and deliver scalable products that transform global marketing capabilities. 3 Define Marketing Technology product vision informed by customer research, market trends, and internal user insights. 3 Conduct product discovery with Marketing teams globally. 3 Develop a prioritized roadmap based on customer value, technical feasibility, business impact, and other considerations. 3 Launch new platform capabilities and measure adoption, engagement, and business outcomes. 3 Drive continuous experimentation using AI-enabled workflows. 3 Assess opportunities for assistive AI and agentic marketing use cases, manage pilot execution, and ensure scalability. Marketing Innovation 3 Bridge business requirements from Marketing to Engineering to create technology solutions. 3 Own the process, the outcomes, and the products. 3 Thought leader and strategic partner to Media, Creative, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing and Business Analytics teams. 3 Demonstrate a solutions-oriented mindset, troubleshooting challenges and adapting plans to meet evolving business and market needs. 3 Balance global alignment with appropriate local and product-level flexibility, reinforcing a one SIE mindset while respecting market and portfolio needs. Strategy & Transformation 3 Lead high-priority initiatives, aligning focus, managing execution, driving business outcomes, and measuring success. 3 Conduct market and feasibility assessments of new tools, trends, and advancements in marketing technology and data enablement. 3 Shape short- and long-term roadmaps, driving long-term scalability while balancing day-to-day improvements. 3 Establish alignment across SIE teams that own or influence the marketing technology stack, driving a single, cohesive product vision and roadmap. 3 Partner with marketing leaders to redesign marketing workflows, processes, decision rights, and operating models. 3 Define measures of success and post-launch KPI tracking. Skills and Qualifications: 3 Bachelor's degree or equivalent in software engineering, computer science, engineering management or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field preferred. 3 12+ years of product management experience, within marketing solutions or a high-growth technology environment. 3 Built and launched enterprise SaaS products or internal platforms. 3 Owned multi-year product roadmaps. 3 Led cross-functional product teams across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Business. 3 Experience with AI-powered products, ML platforms, or automation. 3 Strong understanding of experimentation, analytics, APIs, and platform thinking. 3 Experience scaling products used globally. 3 Experience in navigating change and driving global teams through transformation. 3 Experience influencing senior leadership and leading cross-functional teams across multiple regions. At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
