What You'll Do
  • Set the vision. Establish and communicate a clear design strategy aligned with company goals and multi-product coherence.
  • Drive user-centered design. Lead discovery, research, and iterative testing to translate insights into intuitive, high-quality experiences.
  • Deliver great experiences. Oversee user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual systems that work for everyone across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Build and scale design systems. Create, govern, and evolve our design system and component libraries; set system KPIs, run regular critiques, and lead design sprints to drive adoption and quality.
  • Define success metrics. Establish and track user and business level measures to inform continuous improvement.
  • Foster collaboration. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to convert data and insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Mentor the craft. Grow and inspire a multidisciplinary design team, promoting curiosity, rigor, and continuous learning.
