Execute robust evaluation frameworks to estimate opportunities' ongoing value, clinical impact, and return on investment in order to prioritize solutions, decrease risk and measure success.
  • Drive Outcomes & OKRs: Establish clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Champion end-to-end product thinking to ensure your teams are consistently validating both the clinical value and technical viability of the features they build.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate deeply with cross-functional partners, including software developers, UX researchers, clinical informatics, and medical directors, utilizing agile methodologies to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Grow and Manage the Team: Coach, mentor, and develop a talented team of Product Managers. Foster a strong culture of ownership, psychological safety, and modern product development mindsets (speed, iteration, user-centricity).
  • Evangelize & Own the Narrative: Monitor and analyze product performance and adoption metrics. Share insights with senior executives, translating results into executive-ready narratives. Evangelize the EHR product vision internally and externally to demonstrate clinical impact and value.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of hiring, inspiring, and growing direct reports.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of provider needs, clinical workflows, and the healthcare regulatory landscape (e.g., interoperability, HIPAA, meaningful use).
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently present to and align VP-level stakeholders, physician leaders, and cross-functional partners.
  • Execution Focus: Demonstrated track record of building and launching exceptional digital products and successfully aligning teams to a unified strategy.
