The Director serves as a central leader for strategic programs, partnering with senior leaders to structure initiatives, manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure benefits realization through sustainable process improvements.

This role serves as a key strategic partner to Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business unit leadership, proactively identifying, prioritizing, and executing opportunities for process redesign and process efficiency across the enterprise. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate an annual assessment process to identify and prioritize processes with opportunity for cost savings.
  • Own and run cross-departmental projects from scoping through completion, including timelines, budgets, staffing, and status reporting.
  • Work directly with senior leaders in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business units to map existing processes, identify slow, redundant, or error-prone inefficiencies.
  • Coordinate efforts in collaboration with the functional areas to redesign processes or subprocesses and develop action plans for implementation.
  • Develop project plans that clearly define what will be done, by whom, with appropriate timelines for completion.
  • Track progress and proactively flag risks
  • Lead change management efforts: help teams understand why processes are changing and support them through the transition to drive stakeholder engagement. Cultivate a reputation as a “value-add” business partner to help avoid barriers to process redesign
  • Design performance measurement criteria, monitor performance, and report outcomes
  • Responsible for routine updates to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in retail operations and/or process improvement or project management roles.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including leading teams through change and transformation initiatives.
  • Proven expertise in leading process re-design and/or project management roles.
  • Experience partnering with Finance, Operations, Legal, and functional leaders to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
