Job Summary

Leads enterprise process innovation and transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, scalability, compliance, and customer outcomes. Drives automation strategies, process redesign, and technology-enabled solutions across Operations and supporting business functions. Partners with business leaders, Operations, Technology, and vendors to identify opportunities, eliminate process inefficiencies, and implement sustainable improvements. Oversees transformation initiatives that support organizational objectives while enhancing productivity, service levels, and operational performance.

Job Duties

  • Develops and executes enterprise process transformation strategies that improve operational effectiveness, scalability, quality, and customer experience.
  • Identifies, prioritizes, and leads automation initiatives, including repossession assignment automation and other back-office workflow improvements, to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Evaluates existing operational processes, analyzes root causes of inefficiencies, and implements sustainable solutions that improve performance, compliance, and operational controls.
  • Partners with Operations, Information Technology, Compliance, Risk, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize technology-enabled solutions that support business objectives.
  • Establishes process governance, success metrics, and monitoring frameworks to measure transformation outcomes and ensure realization of expected business benefits.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams through complex transformation initiatives, including business case development, prioritization, implementation planning, change management, and post-implementation evaluation.
  • Identifies emerging technologies, automation tools, and process improvement methodologies and recommends innovative solutions that enhance operational capabilities.
  • Oversees managers, analysts, and/or transformation professionals by establishing priorities, developing capabilities, allocating resources, and ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Presents recommendations, project updates, and performance results to senior leadership and influences decision making through data-driven insights and business cases.

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in process improvement, operational transformation, business operations, program management, or related disciplines.
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience with responsibility for developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, or similar frameworks).
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise automation, workflow optimization, digital transformation, or technology implementation initiatives.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business processes and develop scalable solutions.
  • Strong project and program management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis, process metrics, and reporting tools.
  • Strong oral, written, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence decision making and drive adoption across multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience within auto finance, lending operations, servicing, originations, or related financial services environments preferred.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including

skill set, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

The pay range for this role is $123,500.00 - $178,100.00 annually.
