Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or business field preferred.
• 5 years' experience in healthcare management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics of recruiting physicians and/or practices to support community needs and hospital goals.
• Determine appropriate contract model for recruiting physicians or practices, ensuring all contractual requirements are completed.
• Coordinate logistics for start-up practices or transitioning existing practices to employ physicians and support staff.
• Provide practice management guidance to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness while ensuring quality service delivery.
• Maintain infrastructure for effective management of physician practices.
• Prepare month-end financial reports for each physician and practice to comply with corporate reporting standards.
• Review financial and operational data for each practice and implement necessary improvements.
• Address physician-related issues concerning practice or hospital services promptly to uphold positive relations.
