Job Description

The Head of Post Merger & Implementation (PMI) will lead the integration efforts following U.S. Air's acquisition into Bosch. This person will also coordinate and track the implementation of the value creation plan defined with this acquisition. The role requires a strong background in corporate finance, post-merger integration, and operation experience including HVAC distribution & logistics. Experience in transformation leadership in manufacturing (HVAC preferred), distribution and or field services driving synergy, cost alignment, and sustainable value creation is a plus.

Upon successful completion of the PMI responsibilities (approximately 2-3 years), this opportunity will transition into an operational leadership role.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute post-merger integration strategies in alignment with corporate objectives, financial targets, and cultural priorities
  • Drive the value creation plan through setting up an action plan with concrete measures and track and report on their execution
  • Partner with executive leadership to define integration roadmaps and governance frameworks
  • Lead cross-function integration and collaboration teams across Sales, Finance, Operations, IT and HR
  • Oversee Financial modeling and reporting
  • Establish and maintain PMI standards consistent with company quality and compliance systems
  • Drive change-management initiatives and support continuous improvement by enhancing Financial reporting, time-to-market, cost optimization and customer satisfaction
  • Mid term: identify, develop and track corresponding measures for overall company financial performance improvement.
  • Willing to partner with the sales team. Also provide support to . warehousing, stores and front office when needed.

Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is between $213,000- $240,000 Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. This range does not include annual bonus percentage nor any other monetary considerations for the total compensation package. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
