Job Description:

Works with Mid-America Executive Leadership and the PHSO to ensure understanding of Value Base Contract recommendations and financial implications. Develops and manages tracking mechanisms and metrics-based outcomes to determine the viability and performance of the Population Health revenue stream. Implements an effective Value Based Framework across the Mid-America Division, including monthly tracking and reporting metrics. Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance health outcomes and value-based performance, while overseeing budgets, payor contracts, and financial planning in collaboration with Finance and Managed Care. Innovates and expands Risk Adjustment, Care Coordination, and Quality services through business analysis and payor contract review. Manages internal and external stakeholders to achieve target revenue goals. Establishes and oversees the development of new business line strategy to increase market share, business growth, and access to care. Develops, manages, and refines the Mid-America Value Based model to achieve business growth, competitive advantage, market relevance, and sustainability. Collaborates with stakeholders in Acute Care and Non-Acute Care Service organizational structures to assess needs and implement a Value Base care navigation model. Collaborates with Finance to determine ROI and revenue to guide business intelligence, growth, and operational decision-making. Supports overall PHSO projects and leads special projects as needed. Leads the development, management, and refinement of Physician Network Population Health strategies and initiatives. Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to use business strategy practices and processes, legal and regulatory requirements and mandates, and the ability to gather and evaluate data and outcome results to use in planning for service line volume growth, and care navigation operations, budgets, and process improvement.   • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to effectively express ideas and views through public speaking, presentations, reports, and professional correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with all types of audiences. [Required]
