We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Technical Product Manager to join our AI Hub team. This is a strategic product leadership opportunity for an experienced technical product leader who can define vision, drive execution across complex initiatives, and shape AI-powered capabilities that improve how developers, designers, and builders work across the firm.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Drive product discovery, requirements definition, and execution discipline across the product lifecycle, while helping strengthen product practices and operating rigor across the AI Hub.
  • Lead product strategy for large and/or complex AI-powered capabilities within Eliza, our central AI platform, with ownership of core product areas that support developers, designers, and builders.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and execution plans for assigned domains, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and platform objectives.
  • Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert within the product management team and across the organization, influencing product direction for innovative and business-critical capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive delivery, resolve tradeoffs, and translate complex technical opportunities into clear product plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead product launch, adoption, and enablement planning for major releases, ensuring strong operational execution and sustained impact.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelors degree in a technical related field, Engineering or CS degree, or equivalent work experience required
  • Proven experience, preferably 10+ years, in product management, including building and scaling technical products from ideation and discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Deep knowledge of technical product management, modern AI systems, and product strategies that support the software development lifecycle, internal platforms, and enterprise user experiences.
  • Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem, including model providers, enterprise AI platforms, and how AI products integrate into engineering workflows, developer tooling, and operational processes.
  • Experience leading complex product areas in close partnership with engineering and design teams, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with experience operating effectively across a matrixed organization; familiarity with language model training, fine tuning, evaluation, or governance workflows is a plus

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
