We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, POM Product Management to join our Conventional Trust team and lead our Digital Assets strategy. This role is located in New York, New York.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Lead product development and strategy for Digital Assets, bringing fully developed expertise in industry trends, market segments, and competitor profiles.
  • Direct Conventional Trust's overall Digital Assets strategy and apply subject matter expertise, experience, and thought leadership to influence the product management team, key stakeholders, and senior leaders.
  • Use experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies to collaborate with Commercial Product Managers and ensure product strategy alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for product initiatives and drive product launch and go-to-market strategy in accordance with local regulations and requirements.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • 10-12+ years of demonstrated ability in product development and delivery, with a proven track record of defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap.
  • Prior experience in the financial industry, preferred.
  • Balance technical knowledge and business acumen, with a proven track record of launching products in partnership with engineering teams and working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and product development teams.
  • Demonstrated high proficiency in OKR, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
