  • ArgoCD & GitOps Delivery: Establish and improve ArgoCD-based deployment patterns for Kubernetes workloads, ensuring Git remains the source of truth for environment configuration, release promotion, drift detection, rollback, access separation, and auditable production change control.
  • Compliance First: Ensure all engineering practices meet rigorous security standards (HIPAA, SOC2, & PCI).
  • Strategic Enablement: Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Design to define platform milestones, reduce delivery friction, and enable product teams to iterate confidently toward long-term initiatives.

  • Technical Depth: Proven track record leading teams that build and operate scalable SaaS platforms. Competency with AWS, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, ArgoCD, GitOps practices, observability platforms, with the ability to guide platform standards across monitoring, alerting, tracing, deployment automation, and production readiness.
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
