Full Job Description
Leads, implements, and manages operational initiatives in support of all Baptist Health practices. Facilitates meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders, providing strategic analysis, and assessments for clients, leaders, or Revenue Cycle counterparts. The Director is a cross-functional leader who oversees relevant Patient Access leaders/departments including metrics, KPIs, budget development, process improvement, personnel issues, etc. Interprets policies and procedures, recommends changes as appropriate, and provides relevant feedback to senior executives. Must have a command of organizational agility, be collaborative and assertive, and have experience working to complete projects across various departments, entities, and specialties. Provides creative and strategic foresight to plan effectively for healthcare industry trends and react to unforeseen changes. Collaborates with various product line leaders and executives to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiencies for optimal financial and patient experience outcomes. Practices the BHSF philosophy of service excellence in providing professional, compassionate and friendly service to patients of all ages, families, employees, physicians and community members. Estimated salary range for this position is $133831.04 - $173980.35 / year depending on experience.

Additional Qualifications:
37Master's Degree in Healthcare preferred with a min of 6 years exp in healthcare, preferably in Rev Cycle Management, including a min of 5 years leadership exp in a multi-hospital/physician system required.
37In lieu of Master's Degree, a minimum of 8 years experience in healthcare, preferably in Rev Cycle Management, including a minimum of 7 years leadership experience in a multi-hospital/physician system required.
37National Association of Healthcare Access Management, American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management, or Healthcare Financial Management Association certification preferred.
37Creative foresight essential to plan effectively for healthcare industry trends & react to unforeseen changes.
37Strong leadership, analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, & interpersonal skills.
37Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
