  • Holds 24-hour accountability for the operation of hospital phantasy.

  • Suppose all personnel as valuable assets to the ins11tut1on.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, coaches and mentor\ staff.
  • Assures personnel are competent to carry out their essential functions and than competency skills are completed annually.
