Full Job Description
As our Director, Phare Flow Strategic Initiatives, you will serve as an extension of the Phare Flow leadership team within R37, helping advance an AI-driven platform that is transforming healthcare revenue cycle management. You will orchestrate strategic initiatives across product, engineering, product operations, operations, and key business functions to support Phare Flow's growth, adoption, and market positioning.

Every day you will translate complex product and technical information into clear business narratives, coordinate high-priority initiatives and roadmap activities, and build alignment among leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. To thrive in this role, you must combine executive presence, structured problem-solving, advanced PowerPoint storytelling, and proactive leadership with the ability to influence without direct authority in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Here's what you will experience working as a Director, Phare Flow Strategic Initiatives:
  • Partner with Phare Flow leadership and product leads to prioritize strategic initiatives, manage quarterly objectives and key results, and maintain a consolidated roadmap that reflects priorities, progress, and team capacity.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, product operations, operations, Commercial, Finance, and Marketing, proactively addressing obstacles, escalating risks, and aligning stakeholders around shared outcomes.
  • Manage recurring and ad hoc leadership forums, including developing content, preparing speakers, facilitating productive discussions, and creating polished presentations that translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives.
  • Centralize coordination of product backlogs, enhancement requests, business and product requirements, releases, demonstrations, and stakeholder communications in alignment with roadmap priorities.
  • Build a working understanding of Phare Flow, Phare OS, and healthcare revenue cycle processes to inform strategic decisions, surface client and operational needs, support go-to-market execution, and help remove barriers to adoption.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in management consulting, healthcare, or technology, with demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready narratives.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation design expertise with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to create concise, visually compelling materials that drive strategic decisions.
  • Strong executive presence, emotional intelligence, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust, navigate differing viewpoints, and partner effectively with senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities, including prioritizing competing initiatives, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $111,079.00 - $147,768.37 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
