El Paso Behavioral Health System is a private 167-bed psychiatric hospital located in El Paso, Texas, specializing in mental health and chemical dependency care. We provide a wide range of services and programs that offer evidence-based treatment proven to have positive outcomes for our patients. Qualifications

The Director of Performance Improvement leads and oversees the hospital's quality and performance improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The Director collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement, design evidence-based interventions, and monitor performance metrics. Serving as a key driver of organizational excellence, the Director of Performance Improvement fosters a culture of continuous learning and accountability aligned with the hospital's mission and strategic goals. Also, keeps logs of incidents and complaints and manages the process for lost patient belongings .

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's Degree in nursing, social work, mental health/behavioral sciences, or related field preferred.

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of hospital experience in a psychiatric or mental health treatment setting, including one year of managing a related function preferred.

Licensure: RN, LPC, or LMSW preferred.
