Job overview:The Director, Patient Marketing leads the development and execution of Patient marketing strategies for COMP360, inclusive of all digital/media efforts and execution of patient support materials.
This role will play a critical role in preparing the organization for commercialization, ensuring that promotional strategies are insight-driven, compliant, and aligned with launch objectives.
This individual will partner closely with Commercial Operations, Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Corporate Communications, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Legal to deliver coordinated go-to-market initiatives that drives Patient awareness.
Location: Hybrid in our New York City office or remote in the United States.
Reports to: Senior Director, Brand Marketing.
Roles and responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
- Lead the development and implementation of Patient marketing strategies for COMP360, focusing on core digital materials and developing a patient support services plan in partnership with the Patient Engagement team
- Participate in market research, analyze trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic planning and tactical execution
- Own the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and tools that educate Patients and Care Partners on COMP360's value proposition while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with the Patient Engagement team to develop Patient Support program and materials
- Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Drive cross-functional alignment on marketing initiatives, fostering innovation in mental health care delivery
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, promoting Compass's culture of compassion, boldness, inclusion, and rigour
Candidate Profile:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of marketing experience in biotech/pharma, with proven leadership in CNS or specialty therapeutics; launch experience a plus
- Strong understanding of US healthcare dynamics, payer environment, and regulatory requirements for investigational products
- Expertise in market research, brand strategy, omnichannel marketing, and analytics tools
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills

[For NYC]Compensation Description (annually):Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognise employees for their work and any role at Compass, regardless of the location, is eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and equity.
