Job Overview:RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Director Patient Care for Medical Surgical Unit 3C at Community Medical Center.
Qualifications:- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master's preferred
- Current New Jersey RN Licensure
- BLS required.(American Heart Association)
- Candidates must have 3-5 years of leadership experience
Scheduling Requirements:
- Full Time 40 hours per week
Essential Functions:- Staff includes RN's, CNA's & Unit Secretaries.
- Director will manage the staffing, budget & quality measures of the Unit
- An integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at CMC
- Responsibility for multiple teams who support daily essential patient care
- This individual is responsible to have 24/7 responsibility, recruit and manage multiple teams and improve quality and customer satisfaction,
