Full Job Description
Your Mission

We're seeking a Director of Partner Success to lead Engine's channel and Omni partner organizations, with direct oversight of the team that manages our most strategic enterprise integrations.

Your portfolio spans two high-growth segments: channel partners (referral, reseller, and sponsorship relationships that drive SMB and mid-market acquisition) and Omni partners (companies embedding Engine's hotel booking API into their own products and workflows). You'll also manage the Director of Enterprise Partner Success, whose team owns Engine's largest and most complex integration-led accounts.

This is a general management role with real P&L proximity. You'll set the strategy, build the team, and be accountable for GBV growth, partner retention, and the operating rigor that ties it all together.
What You'll Do

Lead the Organization
  • Own the full Partner Success function across channel, Omni, and enterprise segments
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of PSMs and one Director-level direct report
  • Set the operating cadence: pipeline reviews, health score monitoring, QBR rhythms, and exec escalation paths
  • Define role scope, comp structures, and hiring plans as the org scales

Drive Partner Performance
  • Own GBV targets across the channel and Omni portfolio
  • Build the frameworks that keep partners activated, growing, and retained
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and work with BD to convert them
  • Establish consistent success metrics across segments and hold the team accountable to them

Omni-Specific Accountability
  • Oversee onboarding, integration health, and GBV ramp for API partners
  • Work with Product and Engineering to surface partner feedback and prioritize the Omni roadmap
  • Ensure the team has the runbooks, tooling, and commercial structures to scale the partner base efficiently

Channel-Specific Accountability
  • Own performance across referral, reseller, and sponsorship relationships
  • Build co-marketing and co-selling motions that activate partner distribution
  • Manage commercial terms, incentive structures, and volume commitments across the portfolio

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Represent partner requirements in roadmap and prioritization conversations
  • Partner closely with BD, Marketing, Product, and Solutions Engineering to move from signed to revenue
  • Bring the outside in: surface market signals, partner feedback, and competitive dynamics to internal stakeholders
What You'll Bring to Engine
  • 10+ years in partner success, strategic account management, or partnerships - with at least 3 years managing managers or leading a multi-segment org
  • A track record of owning a partner portfolio end-to-end: onboarding, performance management, expansion, and retention
  • Experience across both channel/referral partnerships and integration or API-led relationships
  • Commercial fluency: GBV targets, rate economics, and contract-level conversations are comfortable territory
  • Strong cross-functional instincts - you know how to work Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver for partners
  • Experience in travel, B2B SaaS, fintech, or platform/API partnerships is a strong plus

Applications for this role will be accepted through September 20, 2026 or until the role is filled. We encourage you to apply early, as we may begin reviewing applications before the deadline.
