About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and transformational product leader to join our team as Director, Ordering Product & Platform Transformation. In this role, you will own the product strategy, governance framework, and modernization roadmap for the vehicle ordering platform (Ordering). You will define how Ordering is positioned, measured, governed, and evolved across our modern and legacy platforms, and their integration into Element One. You will ensure transformation initiatives align to a structured product strategy while maintaining operational continuity and delivering enterprise impact.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the product vision for Ordering across the US & Canada
  • Define the value proposition for Commercial, Advisory, and client-facing teams
  • Establish product KPIs including cycle time, adoption, accuracy, client experience, and financial impact
  • Create and maintain a structured 3-year product roadmap
  • Design and implement formal product governance with structured intake and prioritization
  • Approve, sequence, or decline roadmap initiatives while ensuring cross-functional alignment
  • Lead platform modernization including transition from legacy platforms and scaling of modern capabilities
  • Partner with Technology leadership to ensure business intent is delivered in platform solutions
  • Lead cross-functional execution to deliver an integrated and scalable ordering platform
  • Quantify ROI of modernization initiatives and align product investments with measurable P&L impact


Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years in product leadership, enterprise platform strategy, or business transformation
  • Experience governing enterprise roadmaps with decision authority
  • Demonstrated success modernizing legacy platforms
  • Strong financial and business case development capability
  • Experience operating in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments


Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: College/University degree preferred
  • Fleet, mobility, logistics, or enterprise SaaS experience
  • AI enablement or workflow automation exposure


Current Location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026

The hiring base salary range for this position is $133,400 - $183,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
