Location: METROHEALTH MEDICAL CENTER

Biweekly Hours: 80.00

Shift: 8:00 - 4:30, variable

Summary:


Provides strategic and operational leadership for all MetroHealth Community Health Centers (MHCHC). Ensures full compliance with HRSA Health Center Program Requirements, optimizes access to high quality primary care, and advances MetroHealth's mission to serve diverse, underserved, and vulnerable populations. Oversees daily operations, staffing, workflow optimization, financial performance, patient experience, and quality outcomes across all MHCHC Center locations. Collaborates closely with Clinical Operations, Nursing, Population Health, Revenue Cycle, and other system partners to ensure efficient, patient centered care delivery aligned with HRSA and other regulatory expectations.Ensures the effective use of resources, supports provider deployment and scheduling, and strengthens community based service delivery. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer services standards of The MetroHealth System.

Qualifications:

Required:

Master's Degree in a health-related field or Business or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in addition to the experience stated below.

Five years of progressively responsible professional and management experience including planning and analysis, as well as program planning and development.Healthcare experience.

Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management.

Strong understanding of practice management operations, including finance and clinical operations.

Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.

Excellent interpersonal skills along with experience working with multi-disciplinary groups.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Solid knowledge of PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheet skills.

Self-directed and results-oriented, demonstrating initiative and follow-through.

Experience with service lines (clinical and operational).

Strong understanding of hospital and ambulatory business and clinical operations.

Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Preferred:

Professional certification in a related field.

Physical Requirements:Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day.May sit or stand for extended periods.Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications.Ability to use a computer.Ability to read job-related documents.
