General Profile: Provides leadership and direction through managers. Is accountable for the performance and results of all production operations (MPO) at the Kalispell, MT site. Executes Worldwide Manufacturing Operations (WMO) business plans and contributes to the development of WMO strategy. Directs and controls all MPO activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvides MPO executive leadership supporting WMO, which is accountable for delivering more than ~$20B in annual revenue. Establishes and monitors production using metrics/budgets through systems, and initiates appropriate corrective action as needed and based on results. Establishes and controls project schedules, timelines. Accountable for the on-time delivery of quarterly build plan. Plans and evaluates optimal resource utilization and efficiency of operation to minimize costs while ensuring on-time delivery of product to customers. Is measured on period and burden costs on a per tool basis. Accurately establishes plant capacity and aligns resources with build plan requirements; drives productivity improvement to enable additional capacity. Directs, guides, monitors, and evaluates personnel to accomplish specific production safety (6S) and manufacturing quality goals. Leads continuous improvement efforts and projects to refine production methods and processes supporting the production of quality products that meet customer requirements in the most cost-effective manner. Identifies and pursues new automation and artificial intelligence technologies to improve production, increase efficiency and resource utilization, and maximize profitability. Promotes an environment of cooperation and trust consistent with Applied's core values; communicates organizational status, objectives, and strategy through regular staff meetings and all-hands forums. Actives shapes organization through talent development, mentoring, and performance evaluation; provides leadership, guidance, mentorship, and personal development of his/her direct reports in the areas of daily operational management, systems development, and optimization May provide ownership / leadership for a major project or program (i.e., inventory management, AMPS/Lean, responsiveness / agility). . Identifies process and quality changes designed to improve manufacturing or department capabilities. Drives Lean, Safety and Quality; takes appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in engineering or supply chain operations required; Master's Degree preferred

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
