About the Team – USRM Data Office

Ensuring that data is a competitive differentiator for our enterprise, the USRM Data Office sets strategic data product visions, governs data for quality and compliance, develops best-in-class data and reporting solutions, and continuously seeks to optimize the value that data creates for our customers and company. Our team includes data analysts, data stewards, data strategists, and data product owners — performance-driven individuals who make sure that data is appropriately leveraged across every layer of our business.

As a People Leader on the Operational Data & Reporting team within the USRM Data Office, you will lead a talented group of 3–6 highly technical analysts focused on delivering high-quality, scalable reporting and data solutions impactful for our Direct Distribution and Partnerships (DDP) organizations. You will also coordinate and provide work direction to an extended team of offshore analysts, partnering with the offshore team-lead to ensure alignment of priorities and delivery standards. Your stakeholders span Direct (DRC and Digital Sales) and the Strategic Partner Group (SPG) — business-facing audiences who rely on your team to translate their needs into meaningful, trusted, and transparent data solutions. You will serve as a key thought partner to senior leadership, drive prioritization & intake discipline, and foster the continued growth and career development of a strong, high-performing team.

Note: This is a ranged position that will consider candidates for either the Manager II, Data Solutions or Director I, Data Solutions role, depending on experience and qualifications.

**This position may have in-office requirements dependent upon candidate location.**

  • Guide the creation of initiative roadmaps, shaping the team's project portfolio from initial ideation through successful delivery, while continuously identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and modernize reporting solutions.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable reporting and data solutions that support executive, manager, and analyst decision-making & self-service data consumption across Direct Distribution and SPG.
  • Ensure technical quality and best practices across the team's output including dimensional modeling, SQL, Power BI, and Python-based solutions with the credibility to actively coach and review team members' work.
