  • Performs significant job responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive oncology quality strategy aligned with organizational priorities and cancer program growth objectives.
  • Define, monitor, and report programmatic KPIs across medical oncology, surgical oncology, radiation oncology, infusion services, and supportive care.
  • Translate complex clinical and operational data into meaningful reports for oncology leadership, executive teams, and board committees.
  • Leverage registry data for quality studies, benchmarking, and program improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of actionable insights to support clinical decision-making, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability.
  • Change leader who can continuously evaluate and refine the program and processes to enhance safety, patient experience, and quality all while improving daily operations and patient outcomes.
  • Manages multiple departments, as well as designated administrative and support staff to assure cost effectiveness and achievement of goals and budgets.
  • Plans the implementation of directives, standard policies and procedures and protocols as approved by senior management or the board of directors.
  • Plans for growth, staffing, services, educational opportunities, and effective performance improvement in collaboration with Human Resources. Utilizes developmental planning to expand employee skills and abilities.
  • Responsible for operational plans and fiscal management including budget development, implementation, and monitoring for multiple departments.
  • Responsible for supporting service line mission and meeting goals and scorecard objectives utilizing a system approach. Aligns work with strategic goals. Responsible for assuring compliance with accrediting and regulatory agencies.
  • Consistently deliver the best in customer service and patient care. As a team member, demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in each encounter with patients, families, visitors, and other employees.

What We Require:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 8 years of experience required. Masters degree preferred.
Experience: 5-7years experience in management, preferably in oncology and/or health care environment.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Licensure and/or certification in medical or management related discipline.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Leadership, planning and organizational skills to manage multiple departments and to direct the successful completion of initiatives and achievement of fiscal goals. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication abilities to support and promote a respectful, inclusive culture of service excellence. Proven skills in clinical, operational and human resource management, including staffing, planning, performance management, team work and process improvement

Compensation Range:
$118,788.80 - $190,070.40
Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
