Full Job Description
Job Summary

The Director of Wellness & Mental Health Programs provides organization-wide leadership for GTA's school-based wellness, mental health, and integrated student support programs. The Director leads the development and operation of Wellness Centers across GTA school sites and oversees a coordinated system of wellness and mental health services delivered through GTA staff, Wellness Coaches, community partners, and contracted service providers.

The Director supervises Wellness Coaches and assigned wellness staff, coordinates wellness and mental health resources for students and families, supports implementation of social-emotional learning (SEL), and provides leadership for behavioral health, crisis response, and related student wellness initiatives.

The Director works in partnership with the Chief Community Schools Officer to ensure wellness, mental health, and integrated student supports are aligned with GTA's broader Community Schools strategy, identified student and family needs, and approved CCSPP activities.
