About the Role:

This is a role for the advisor who thrives in complexity and brings structure to chaos. As Director of Strategic Advisory Services, you'll work closely with ultra-high-net-worth families to provide integrated, high-impact solutions across tax, financial, operational, and investment landscapes.

You'll lead a sharp, multidisciplinary team that functions as the strategic backbone to our client relationships-helping families translate goals into action, manage sophisticated deal flow, and execute planning with precision. This is a senior seat with room for meaningful influence.

What You'll Lead

Tax & Financial Strategy
  • Develop and oversee tax-optimized wealth and income strategies.
  • Lead advanced cash flow modeling to inform near-term planning and long-term capital allocation.
  • Ensure all recommendations are coordinated across investment, legal, and estate perspectives.

Investment & Deal Advisory
  • Guide due diligence for private equity, venture capital, and direct investments.
  • Evaluate structures, risks, and alignment with the family's overarching financial architecture.
  • Support pre- and post-liquidity event planning for founders and business owners.

Business & Operational Consulting
  • Advise business-owning families on performance, structure, and exit readiness.
  • Drive strategic planning for operating companies, special projects, and family enterprises.
  • Coordinate with other advisors to ensure execution across all verticals.

Leadership & Execution
  • Manage a team of strategic consultants and analysts-delivering clear, consistent client value.
  • Maintain accountability across workflows, deliverables, and relationship health.
  • Promote a culture of rigor, responsiveness, and strategic ownership.

What You Bring

  • You know how to lead conversations in the boardroom and the family office.
  • You're comfortable managing others and setting a standard of excellence.
  • You operate with sound judgment, forward-thinking, and discretion.

Why This Role?
  • Intellectually Rigorous Work - Dive into complex financial systems and strategic planning that matter.
  • Elite Clients & Challenges - Collaborate with founders, operators, and global families making consequential decisions.
  • Leadership Opportunity - Guide a talented team, contribute to firm strategy, and shape client outcomes.
