Full Job Description

Strategic Client Development Sales:

Map processes, including both current and future state mapping of Account Management and Sourcing and system dependencies. Gather procurement requirements and strategy, process, tool, and template design cross continental markets in network of major airline. Develop procurement and operational cost performance measures, indicators, and reporting tools to track performance. Engage in procurement negotiations across the network of a major airline with various levels of suppliers. Engage in stakeholder mapping, including engagement strategy through implementation. Prepare presentations, financial analysis, and submissions for approvals to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills, Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in account management/sourcing.
• 5+ years of experience specifically 1. Reviewing and revising procurement agreements 2. Running competitive RFP processes. 3. Risk assessment exercises. 4. Negotiating supplier contracts, contract renewals, and addendums, and 5. Preparation of annual procurement budgets within corporate guidelines.
• At least 5 years of experience in the travel industry, working closely with airlines and/or hotels
• Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Solid judgment and leadership skills

Good Faith annual salary is $157,000

Other Duties

Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time according to business needs.

The performance of additional responsibilities if you are designated as a Data Protection Champion (DPC), Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) or Information Assurance Accounting Officer (IAAO).
