Job Description
Essential Functions
- Evaluate and treat a wide-range of speech and language disorders.
- Lead a team of SLP and SLPA providers across locations - mentoring, managing and conducting supervision to ensure quality service delivery.
- Create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Serve as a team member for multidisciplinary evaluations.
- Diagnose and treat disorders related to feeding/oral and motor/swallowing issues.
- Provide family education and training to assist in transfer of skills.
- Work in an outpatient, private-practice setting within clinic, home and community environments.
- Maintain timely and accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records in accordance with HIPAA and State and Federal Regulations.
Required Education and Experience
- Possess a degree that includes an internship from an accredited Master's program in Speech-Language Pathology, or as required by applicable law and/or regulation
- Oklahoma State License in good standing
- 2+ years' experience working with children and families
- Experience working with augmentative and alternative communication
- Prior experience working with children with autism or other intellectual disabilities
- Training and experience in areas of: feeding/oral and motor/swallowing
- Meets education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP, granted by ASHA.
- Must be familiar with PECS, AAC, ASL
- Excellent communication skills with other providers and families
- Must have great problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using technology
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Office, Google Drive and EMR systems required
- Passionate about helping children and their families
Reporting
The Speech-Language Pathologist reports to the CEO/Owner.

Classification and Compensation
The Director of SLP Services is a salaried, exempt position. Payroll is processed bi-weekly, constituting 26 annual pay periods.
Benefits:
- Annual Salary: Base salary of $90,000, with total annual earning potential of up to $105,000 based on performance incentives.
- Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance (Peak BH will pay for 50% of these insurance premiums for the employee). Dependents can be added as needed, but the employee is responsible for 100% of those costs.
